Private Session


Class structure for private or group session:

  • You can form your own group of 4 or just a one-on-one session 
  • Classes duration – 60 minute per class or more upon request
  • Location for class can be at your own place or a studio of my choice in Central

What to expect in a private or group session:

  • Choose to practice whenever and wherever you want based on your schedule ( no need to rush)
  • A customized sequence designed for your body needs – whether it be opening your shoulders, hips, lower back or general stretching
  • Small class size
  • Learn at your own pace
  • Learn in an environment where you feel comfortable
  • Give yourself a chance to fully relax and rewind

 How do I make a booking for a session?

  1. Choose a date and place that works for you.
  2. Email the date, time requested to me at peggy@chiuonit.com.  Also include the number of people who will be attending class.
  3. Once I receive your email, I will contact you to work on your booking. 
  4. In case the date and time you requested is not available, an alternate time can be worked out.
  5. Once an available date/time is confirmed, a 24-hour cancellation policy will be enforced.
