Welcome to my world of yoga!!! You have probably heard that yoga is good for you. Maybe you have even tried it and have discovered that it makes you feel good.
What started off as a physical exercise to strengthen and increase my flexibility has morphed into a lifelong passion and a delightful journey. Through yoga, I discovered the most powerful movement is found in stillness – that beautiful moment of clarity and silence.
To me, yoga is the process of becoming as great as we are. Being in the flow reveals things to us often in the most unexpected ways. I believe we all live for those moments of connection and recognition of the truth, and I teach yoga because it leads us there.

My classes and workshops interweave a blend of passive and active asanas with pranayama into a single integral practice. My teaching style is a blend of power vinyasa flow and yin yoga, where the main focus is on learning to cultivate a relationship with our breathe. All classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
